GENERAL INFORMATION

Shipping

All prices are F.O.B. factory - North Canton, Ohio. Items may be bulk shipped or drop shipped. Prepaid shipping, insurance (if applicable), in-bound freight for non-stock items and packaging charges will be added to invoice.

Typesetting

Hundreds of typefaces are available; you may send your fonts via e-mail or by disk or CD. (Just include screen and printer fonts).Typesetting charges are $5.00 per line (approximately five to seven words).

Laser & Deep Etch Engraving for Crystal, Glass, & Acrylic Products

Camera ready artwork is required if engraving includes a logo. A $50 set up charge applies to each engraving job (multiple piece orders of the same item will be charged a single $50 set up fee and $5.00 per name change.)

Halftones

$31.50 each.

Logos & Line Art

Logos and line art: Artwork may be furnished in hard copy, film negative, disk, CD or e-files. E-files for photos negate $31.50 charge.

Solid Brass Border Mats

Most items can be accented with brass mats beneath the stainless steel plates at a cost of 10¢ per square inch.

Screen Printed Color

Color may be added to any item using screenprinting. Art, setup and application charges vary with quantity and complexity of design. Call for a quote.

Heat Transfer

We offer spot color through a transfer system. We begin with a colored logo or photo, and using a special transfer paper, we can add color to your project for an additional $8.00. We can print on brass, stainless steel, acrylic, etc. We also can print your entire project in color. Please call us for a quote.

Goldtone and Other Tints

Stainless steel plates can be sprayed with tinted acrylic lacquer: goldtone, bronze, etc. Custom color tints are also available. Call for pricing information.

Mounting Plates

Prices include the mounting of plates with your choice of adhesive, rosettes or screws.

Mounting Emblems, Medallions, Etc.

Mounting of emblems, decals & medallions is available for an additional cost. Custom mounting of sculptures, machine parts or other unusual items is also available. Call for a quote.

Special Sizes, Materials and Finishes

If you require a base size or material not listed on our price list, please let us know what you want. Although American Walnut is our standard, we work with oak, mahogany, cherry and other woods as well, plus Corian®, plexiglass and other man-made materials.

Proofs

Electronic proofs are available for all projects. If you do not currently have a username & password to access our client section, please call customer service at 1-800-854-8404. Paper proofs are also available via fax, mail or e-mail.

Production Lead-Time

Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped within15 working days of receipt of all approved order details, artwork, names, etc.

Rush Charges

All rush orders are subject to factory approval. Rush charges will be applied to orders requiring shipment in less than ten days: 5% for 7-9 working days, 10% for 5-6 working days and 25% for 3-4 working days.

E-mail, Disk & CD Requirements

We use MacIntosh with programs PhotoShop, Quark & Word 98., and Freehand.We use Iomega Zip disks, (100 or 250 mg), CD's or floppies for Mac Format.

Art, photos, logos or anything you scan must be saved as an EPS, PICT or JPEG. We cannot alter your scanned images unless they were saved as a TIFF file. If you scan colored art or photographs and we are printing in black & white, please convert to black & white photo when you save it. For screenprinting in multiple colors, you must provide the art separated by color with registration marks ready to use.

When sending fonts please include screen and printer fonts - a set for each font. If you are sending a disk or CD, please also send a print-out from your computer for our reference.Do not scan text; set it in Quark or Microsoft Word 98. Please identify all electronic files with your company name and document title or purchase order number.
